- CDRL A004 CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 FA8501-18-R-0004 Solicitation Document Cover Letter to RFQ Statement of Equivalent Rates Wage Determination 2015-4495 PWS - Cable TV Appendix C This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Cable TV Services IAW attached PWS, dated 2 February 2018. No other notice will be posted on FBO prior to award. NOTE TO OFFERORS: Finds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this oslicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror of any costs. The following documents are provided for preparation of a proposal. 1. Appendix C 2. Performance Work Statement - 2 February 2018 3. Statement of Equivalent Rates 4. Wage Determination 2015-4495 5. CDRLs A001 - A004 6. FA8501-18-R-0004 Solicitation Document 7. Cover Letter to RFQ IMPORTANT: The number of drops needed has not been determined, and hinges on the quoted unit prices presented in the provided proposals. Please present your quotes by "price per drop." The current number of active drops is included in the attached PWS, p.9. These estimates will be used to establish a baseline for competition purposes only. The actual number of drops will be subject to available funding. CDRLs are Not Separately Priced (NSP). Installation Services are To Be Determined. Do not provide prices for these services. AWARD IS TO BE MADE WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS, and to the contractor who presents the lowest price while also meeting the specifications outlined in the PWS and other connected requirement documents without taking exceptions. This RFQ is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the government for any costs incurred by the contractor for this requirement. We are requesting electronic proposals only.
