Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24818Q9408 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 dated 6/15/2018. Responses should be sent to shirley.courtney@va.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238290 and the small business size standard is $15 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed price contract.
