- Floor Plan Draft SOW The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for carpet replacement. See attached draft Statement of Work and Floor Plan for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 238330 – Flooring Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be less than $25,000. All work under this contract will be performed at: Richland Federal Building, 825 Jadwin Avenue, Richland, WA 99352. A Site Visit is scheduled for July 24, 2018 at 11:30 AM Pacific Time, meeting place is at the GSA office Room # 133. Further Site Visit information will be available in the solicitation. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is July 17, 2018 and receipt of quotes will be August 8, 2018 and completing contract performance 120 calendar days after notice to proceed issuance. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
