- Combo RFQ - Amendment 2 MODIFICATION: This modification is made for the purpose of clarification in three sections. 1. The previous solicitation was ambiguous about small business set asides. The Combo RFQ attachment stated that the acquisition was set aside for small business, but the description and all other areas of FBO stated that it was available for full and open competition. The statement in the Combo RFQ was made in error and has been corrected. To be clear - THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING SOLICITED UNDER FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. 2. The number of units necesary for CLIN 0001 (Workup Rectangular Table, Crank Base, 74P, 23-1/2 x 46-1/2" [WU2448CR-74P]) has been reduced from 8 units to 6 units. All other items in CLIN 0002 - CLIN 0004 have not changed. 3. The Clauses and Provisions have been updated and reduced. ******************************************************** ORIGINAL SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide KI Furniture Brand Tables and Chairs at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached SOO for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation allows for full and open competition, with a HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference in accordance with FAR 19.1307. The solicitation number is # F3V0B18110AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached "Combo RFQ" for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, F3V0B18110AW01, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 12:00PM CST on 16 July 2018. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 12:00PM CST on 13 July 2018.
