- DIAMOND WELLS SURFACE RECLAMATION Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to reclaim the surface surrounding six well sites. Each site requires the following: i. seed bed preparation as described in the Reclamation Stipulations ii. seeding with BLM-specified seed mix using drill-seeding or broadcast seeding per Reclamation Stipulations with a follow-up application of mulch. Government will furnish seed. 2. Close access roads by placing rock or cutting a turn-out in front of access as shown on attached plan documents 3. Three sites require backfill of pits with local common earth material. 4. Four sites require grading in order to decommission access roads. 5. Demo 12" culvert at one site. A prebid site tour will be provided on July 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM local time. Vendors shall meet at National 1 Well Site 39.3926138889,-108.815594444.
