- Submittal Register Drawings 2. PRINCIPLE FEATURES: This project includes the following principle features: 2.1 B209 2.1.1 Install and remove temporary safety 2.4M (Meter) fence with anti-rust net around B209. 2.1.2 Demolish and dispose of superstructure and substructure of foundation, floor, wall, and roof including interior wall, door, window, louver, all interior material, and all equipment. 2.1.3 Demolish and dispose of concrete side walk, screen wall, bicycle rack, trash enclosure, ramp, handrail including foundation. 2.1.4 Demolish and dispose of retaining wall and steel grating. 2.1.5 Install new retaining wall and stair with fence and handrail as shown on the drawing A-04 and A-05. 2.1.6 Install new sidewalk as shown on the drawing A-04. 2.1.7 Install new place-in-concrete ditch with steel grating as shown on the drawing A-05. 2.1.8 Remove 12,000Gal fuel tank with piping, dike and concrete pad including cleaning. 2.1.9 Remove underground water and sewer lines including block-up lines with capping and concrete thrust block. 2.1.10 Remove HVAC unit including chiller, piping and concrete pad. 2.1.11 Remove electric transformer, pole, lines, conduit and concrete pad including electrical termination. 2.1.12 Install new solid sodding on all demolished area including backfilling and positive drain with finish leveling as shown on the drawing A-04. 2.1.13 Remove all elec item as shown on the drawing E-02. 2.1.14 Remove X marked elec item at the site. 2.1.15 Terminate comm cables in comm manhole as shown on the drawing E-03. 2.1.16 Install new conduits, wires, panelboard, lighting contactor, and area lighting fixtures as shown on the drawing E-04, E-05 and E-06. 2.2 PLAYGROUND AND SOCCER FILED 2.2.1 Remain and protect existing playground and soccer field area. 2.3 RESTROOM FACILITY AND CONNEX IN THE CONTRACTOR'S VILLAGE 2.3.1 Demolish and dispose of superstructure and substructure of foundation, floor, wall, and roof including connex and concrete masonry unit facilities. 2.3.2 Demolish and dispose of concrete side walk including pavement tiles on the floor. 2.3.3 Demolish and dispose of fence including foundations. 2.3.4 Remove septic manhole and movable toilet tanks including cleaning. 2.3.5 Remove vinyl covering on the stairway. 2.3.6 Remove underground water and sewer lines including block-up lines with capping and concrete thrust block. 2.3.7 Remove electric lines and conduit including electrical termination. 2.3.8 Install new solid sodding on all demolished area including backfilling and positive drain. 2.4 Demolition and Deconstruction The contractor shall follow OMA Specification 02 41 00 Demolition and Deconstruction.
