- Solicitation document 1. Position Title: Senior Supply Chain Systems Advisor 2. Market Value: GS-14 - $89,370 - $116,181. Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value. Post differential is currently at 25 percent. 3. Place of Performance: Kampala, Uganda 4. Period of Performance: Two year contract. 5. USAID/Uganda seeks to employ a U.S. (U.S. and Resident Aliens) offshore or resident in Uganda Personal Services Contractor to manage, and/or oversee the management of Office of Health & HIV/AIDS (OHH) supply chain procurements and technical assistance contractors; Oversee and/or participate in OHH internal planning events as a supply chain expert, and utilize OHH technical resources to ensure that relevant supply chain data and related strategic planning support are made available to OHH program and project staff as required; Exercise technical leadership and provide oversight in the coordination of USG partners and processes to promote reform of Uganda's public sector health commodities supply chain system; Initiate, manage and monitor all activities required to implement the terms and conditions of supply chain-related ILAs, and Oversee management of ERP reform activities, including implementation of ERP terms and conditions with NMS, and supervision of a USAID ERP Project Manager.
