Purchase request number: 0074278122, NSN: 1680-01-560-0654, Nomenclature: Backplane Assy. Approved Sources/Part Numbers: RAYTHEON COMPANY (4U884) P/N 6475037-1 IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 4U884 6475037 REVISION NR C DTD 10/16/2006 PART PIECE NUMBER: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be posted on or around 6/29/2018 via our website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Total quantity of the PR is for 54 units, with all 54 units being shipped to New Cumberland, PA. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
