- Terms and Conditions SF 18 RFQ 2031ZA18Q00366 This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the supplies listed under "Description of Requirement" of the attached RFQ. This RFQ synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13. This is a fixed price procurement under NAICS Code 333999 - All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. Interested organizations are to submit a quote by 12:00pm (EST) Wednesday, 11 July 2018. All items are to be delivered to either BEPs Western TX or Eastern DC Facilities.
