- Combination Synopsis Statement of Work The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB3) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to provide three (3) Flink Vee Hopper Spreaders, Brand Name or Equal. Furthermore, these hopper spreaders require contractor to provide and install four hydraulic systems to operate Flink Vee Hopper Spreaders on four (4) Ford F750 5-Ton Dump Trucks (Years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2010). The hydraulic systems shall be installed for spreader operation to include necessary parts (i.e. hoses, connections, operating controls, pumps upgrades, etc.). One of the trucks will not require installation of the Flink Vee Hopper Spreader but installation of the hydraulic system is required on all four trucks to assure the four trucks have the capability to interchange the Flink Vee Hopper Spreaders however the requirements owner sees fit. This acquisition will require interested vendors to be located within a 100 mile radius of Scott AFB, IL due to government transportation of trucks to the contractor's location. Government will be responsible for delivery and return of trucks.
