- Questions & Answers - NIHDA201800110-CSS - Virtual Reality Framework for Research and Treatment of Adolescence Depression MODIFICATION / AMENDMENT - 6/12/2018 The purpose of this amendment to solicitation NIHDA201800110-CSS is to post the answers to submitted questions and extend the deadline of the solicitation for potential vendors to respond to the solicitation with the additional information. The new deadline for the solicitation is: Friday, June 15, 2018 at 11:00AM EST. Combined Synopsis Solicitation - COMPETITIVE This is a small business (SB) set-aside Title: Virtual Reality Framework for Research and Treatment of Adolescence Depression Solicitation Number: NIHDA201800110-CSS (i)This is a request for quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 8.4 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is NIHDA201800110-CSS and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a small business (SB) set-aside. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Procedures; FAR Subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 95, dated January 1, 2018. (iv)The associated NAICS code 511210 - Software Publishers and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million.
