- This is a pre-solicitation announcement is to notify Native American Indian/Native Alaskan vendors/firms that the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO) anticipates release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for Replacement of a Fire Alarm System at the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Eastern Nevada Agency, Law Enforcement Center, Owyhee, NV, Elko County. This procurement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a $20.50 M size standard. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of Magnitude for this requirement is less than $25,000.00. All technical details pertaining to this requirement will be provided in the RFQ solicitation document to be made available on the fbo & fedconnect websites the approximate week of 06-25-2018 for the public at large. Hardcopies of the RFQ solicitation document will not be available. The anticipated period of performance of the resulting contract will be 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. All qualifying vendors must have a registered DUNS number and must have active registration in SAM.gov.
