- NAME: BULKHEAD, AIRCRAFT PRON: AX8F1104AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 21 the first year and a maximum of 40 each; BULKHEAD, AIRCRAFT, NSN:1560-01-345-4799, Part Number: 70308-03801-15 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 21 each Year 2: 05 each Year 3: 05 each Year 4: 05 each Year 5: 04 each Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 21each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY, CAGE CODE: 78286 and GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE 99207. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
