- US Coast Guard Base Miami Beach Procurement and Contracting intends to award a service contract to replace light poles at CEU Miami, FL. The service is for US Coast Guard Base Miami Beach. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Accura Electrical Contractor, Inc. under the authority of FAR 19.808-1. Amount of Award: $63,869.00 **This is a special notice of intent, and not a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
