Description
This sources sought/market survey synopsis is for INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY, AND SEEKING INTERESTED FIRMS. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation as a result of this RFI. In accordance with FAR 15.202, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Responses may be evaluated by Government technical experts drawn from staff within GSA/SED personnel. Responders are encouraged to avoid use of excessive marketing brochures, and other unnecessary sales literature. Interested Firms shall provide a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement is limited to four (4) pages in an 8 1/2 inch X 11-inch format using 12-point Times New Roman type. Use of graphics should be minimized. At a minimum, the following questions shall be answered in your Capability Statement: 1. Contractor shall briefly describe their ability to understand and adapt changing demands into a Human Dimension curriculum. 2. Contractor shall briefly describe their understanding of performance psychology, accelerated learning, and holistic fitness training as it relates to Human Dimension. 3. Contractor shall briefly describe their management capabilities in accomplishing the integration of required services at multiple locations. 4. How would you improve the meat of the PWS requirements to give contractors a better understanding of the requirements? 5. Is there anything about this requirement that would cause you not to provide a quote? 6. Corporate Experience: Offeror shall provide three (3) current (within the past 3 years) contracts/task orders that are same or similar to the requirements in the PWS. The Offeror shall provide: (1) contract number; (2) contract point of contact; (3) briefly describe the nature/scope and complexity of the contracts/task orders; (4) shall describe their role (prime or subcontractor) on contracts/task orders; (5) period of performance (PoP); (6) total dollar value by period of performance; and (7) if Offeror served in the capacity of a subcontractor, provide dollar value including percentage of the effort that your firm performed as a subcontractor and describe the effort that your firm performed as a subcontractor. 7. Will your firm be able to provide the key personnel with the minimum qualifications outlined in the PWS at start of task order? If not, how long would it take to fill the positions after award of task order? 8. What percentage of the work do you believe will be incurred by the prime and what percentage of the work will be subcontracted? Also, which of the requirements will have to be subcontracted, if applicable? Comments and recommendations are welcome as it pertains to the PWS. Do not submit past performance information or general descriptions of corporate experience beyond what is requested above. Submit RFI information via email to: jennifer.rape@gsa.gov and mary.clark@gsa.gov not later than July 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM CST ______ Notice of Industry Day and One on One Meeting Opportunity: Registration is now open for an Industry Day and One-on-One meetings for the Systems Simulation Software and Integration (S3I)- Human Dimension Support Services Acquisition. An Industry Day is scheduled for Thursday June 21st, 2018 at 09:00 AM the Central Time Zone (CST). The purpose of the Industry Day is to give the Offerors a better understanding of Programmatic, Technical and Acquisition matters. Attendance at the industry day is not mandatory nor a prerequisite for quote submission and will not be considered in the evaluation process. Each company is limited to seven (7) attendees each. The One on One meeting opportunities will be available beginning Friday June 22nd, 2018 9:00 am until 4 pm Central Time Zone (CST). These sessions will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Each interested company will be provided a 30 minute time slot. The One on One meeting will be with the applicable GSA Acquisition and S3I Technical POCs. Each company is limited to seven (7) attendees each. The event will take place at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Huntsville Downtown (Address: 745 Constellation Dr, Huntsville, AL 35801; Phone: (256) 512-0188). Industry day will take place in the Redstone Ballroom and the One on One meetings will take place in an alternate conference room onsite. **IMPORTANT: This will be the only Industry day and opportunity for One on One meetings with both the applicable GSA Acquisition and S3I Technical POCs. Plan to attend if interested.** If you wish to participate in the Industry Day and/or a One on One meeting please complete the following Google Form no later than June 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM CST. Each company that selects to participate in a One on One meeting will be given one time slot. If multiple individuals from a single company register for the One on One meeting, a single time slot will be sent to the company's registrants. All non-government attendees will be required to register prior to the event. Each attendee will be required to show identification and be listed on our registration sheet. Personnel substitutions will be permitted day of but no more than 7 attendees per company will be allowed to participate. The Government reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the industry day at its sole discretion. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit written questions prior to the event. The content presented during Industry Day provides potential offerors an overview of likely parts of the solicitation for Human Dimensions Support Services. The Government may elect to incorporate all, some, or none of the sections and parts into the solicitation. The written terms and conditions of the final solicitation governs all information. The Government may elect to videotape and/or voice record all or portions of Industry Day as its exclusive right and property. The Government will not provide a copy of the videotape or recording to any offeror/contractor. Offerors are prohibited during the sessions from making independent recordings of the oral sessions by any means or method. The written terms and conditions of the final solicitation will govern over any information presented.
