- Exhibit F Wage Determination W912K6-18-P-5004 The 175 th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard, located at Warfield Air National Guard Base, Baltimore, Maryland, intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for removing and replacing of a lightning protection system. Construction services will consist of removing and replacing of a lightning protection system. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204 (c). Construction/contract completion time is 30 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238210. This is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $15 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b)(3) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for Construction by a general contractor, the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. The date for the pre-proposal conference is on 21 June 2018 at the 175 th Wing Civil Engineering Conference room at Warfield Air National Guard Base, 2701 Eastern BLVD, Baltimore, Maryland 21220. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for 5 July 2018 2 PM EST. The Government intends to award without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on-line at https://www.fbo.gov/. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies.. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the FBO page for electronic downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
