- Maintenance and Overhaul of HAND DRIVEN HYDRAULIC RAM PUMP Synopsis of Maintenance and Overhaul of HAND DRIVEN HYDRAULIC RAM PUMP Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: HAND DRIVEN HYDRAULIC RAM PUMP INPUT NSN: 4320-01-305-6955 INPUT P/N: 266700-1003 OUTPUT NSN: 4320-01-305-6955 OUTPUT P/N: 266700-1003 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 325 - Maximum 1950 (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 325 each) The proposed contractual action will be a single award, five year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 325. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specification and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR)-1-4320-274, revision date 18 December 2012. The historical source for the overhaul data for the PUMP, HYDRAULIC RAM is Trans Met, INC. (CAGE Code 0KA66). The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications. This is a Full and Open Competitive requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command - Redstone, Sparkman Center. The response date is 29 June 2018; however the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be mailed or emailed. You may mail your request to Erica Burnette, CCAM-ALL, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000; email: Erica.n.burnette.civ@mail.mil. Proposals will be accepted by mail, courier or electronically. No data fax will be accepted for proposal. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
