In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, this solicitation is competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Only offers from contractors listed as SDVOSB on the VIP / VETBIZ website will be considered. All questions must be received by 0700 PST on 6/1/2018 to allow time to post a response. All offers must be received by 0900 PST on 6/4/2018. All offers must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov.
