- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR 2.101, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. A separate written solicitation M67400-18-Q-0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20180418. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. CLIN 0001: Calibration Services - Base Batch 1 CLIN 0002: Calibration Services - Base Batch 2 CLIN 0003: Repair Services - Base CLIN 1001: Calibration Services - OP1 Batch 1 CLIN 1002: Calibration Services - OP1 Batch 2 CLIN 1003: Repair Services - OP1 CLIN 2001: Calibration Services - OP2 Batch 1 CLIN 2002: Calibration Services - OP2 Batch 2 CLIN 2003: Repair Services - OP2 The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Quotes must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted quote. The solicitation ( Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-18-Q-0074. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Quotes must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
