- The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates contracting with Fulcrum Concepts, LLC, 1776 Patriot Way, Mattaponi, VA 23110, to complete accelerated testing of the KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal (STT) Radio. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336413 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The intended award will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The intended contract action is for services and supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition. All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this presolicitation notice are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with substantiating documentation to Mr. Michael J. Wastella via email at michael.j.wastella.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time on 25 May 2018. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
