- SCA Wage rates Solicitation Attachment 3 Solicitation Attachment 2 Solicitation Attachment 1 Solicitation and SOW Presolicitation Notice USDA APHIS PPQ intends to issue a solicitation for pesticide application of an estimated 79 acres in Niagara County. The applications will target host species for the European Cherry Fruit Fly, a non-native species. The Solicitation is expected to be posted later this afternoon. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 561730 with a size standard of under $7.5 Million. The government anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract with a fixed price labor rate. However, individual orders will be quoted and evaluated as Firm fixed price using the contract labor rate as basis for determining price reasonableness. Further details regarding the format of the anticipated contract as well as a detailed Statement of Work are included in the attachements. Only electronic inquiries are requested.
