- Attachment 0002 - Contract Clauses and Provisions Attachment 0001 - Battery Warranty and Preventative Maintenance Performance Work Statement Attachment 0003 - ACC RI Contracting POC List Solicitation Synopsis Eaton Battery Warranty and Preventative Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Eaton Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Battery Warranty and Preventative Maintenance (PM): US Army Garrison-Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) currently utilizes 32 Eaton UPS Batteries (Model #: FE3.1KVA, Types: BAT-0103E and BAT-0050, and Serial Numbers: BF135FH013 and BF135FD010) for the current Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to ensure continuance UPS to all active zones in case of power failure. This service is for the warranty and PM portion to be provided for our current Eaton UPS batteries. This will result in an award with a base and four option periods, in support of US Army Garrison-Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Battery Warranty and PM PWS. This combined synopsis solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price, type of contract with a Base Period and up to 4 additional option Periods, as outlined in Attachment 0001. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-18-T-AT02 is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0002. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror that provides the minimum material submission requirements as outlined FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items under paragraph B. Technical - Sub Factor 1 in Attachment 0002 Contract Clauses and Provisions. Contractors shall submit prices for all years listed within Attachment 0001 to be considered for award. Period of performance: Base Period: 11 July 2018 through 10 July 2019 Option Period 1: 11 July 2019 through 10 July 2020 Option Period 2: 11 July 2020 through 10 July 2021 Option Period 3: 11 July 2021 through 10 July 2022 Option Period 4: 11 July 2022 through 10 July 2023 The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 335999 Size Standard: 500 employees The following attachments are hereby incorporated by reference: Attachment 0001- Battery Warranty and PM PWS Attachment 0002-Contract Clauses and Provisions Attachment 0003-ACC-RI Contracting POC List Quotes and certificate and/or a letter from Eaton are due by 12:00PM CST, 22 May 2018 in electronic format to Angel Traman, 309-782-8161, angel.j.traman.civ@mail.mil.
