- SCA Wage rates Attachment 3 Attachment 2 attachment 1 RFQ SOW Solicitation USDA APHIS PPQ requests quotes in response to a solicitation for pesticide application of an estimated 100 Square miles in Niagara County. The applications will target host species for the European Cherry Fruit Fly, a non-native species. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 561730 with a size standard of under $7.5 Million. The IDIQ, (Subject to the availability of funds) would have a $10,000.00 minimum and a $249,000.00 ceiling over a three year time period. The government anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract with a fixed price labor rate. However, individual orders will be quoted and evaluated as Firm fixed price using the contract labor rate as basis for determining price reasonableness. Further details regarding the format of the anticipated contract as well as a detailed Statement of Work are included in the attachments. This will not be a labor hour contract. Only electronic inquiries are requested. Please submit all questions in writing by email to the Contracting Officer. The current requirement has not yet been funded. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation would be subject to the availability of funds according to clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds.
