- Building 256 Carpet Replacement Solicitation Document Required Material Submittals Building 256 Statement of Work and Floor Plan 15 May 2018 17 CONS/LGCA 210 Scherz Blvd Goodfellow AFB, TX 76908-4705 Project Title: Bldg 256 Carpet Replacement Solicitation Number: FA303018Q0011 Classification Code: 7220 Description This is a synopsis of a solicitation for carpet replacement in various rooms within Bldg 256 on Goodfellow AFB. A request for written quotations will be posted and made available on or after 15 May 18. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Product Service Code is 7220. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314110, Size Standard is 1,500 employees. The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 01 June 2018. The anticipated delivery date will be 90 days after date of award of the purchase order. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by the 17th Contracting Squadron. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents.
