- Synopsis for FA8121-18-R-0028 AFSC/PZAAA STAFF DR STE 1AF1/98C TINKER AFB OK 73145-3032 F100 Housing, Antifriction 1. Estimated issue date: 30 May 2018, Estimated closing/response date: 29 June 2018 2. PR#: FD2030-18-00052 3. This is a spares requirement (new manufacture). This will be a firm fixed price contract for one year. 4. AMC- 2C 5. F100 Housing, Antifriction, NSN: 2840-01-620-8083NZ 6. Part Number(s): 4089010-01 7. Description: Material: Housing, Antifriction, F100 Engine, 12.00 inches long X 12.00 inches wide X 5.00 inches high, weighing 5.1 lbs., and made of nickel alloy. This item provides air and heat shield for the #4 bearing. 8. Quantity/Delivery: CLIN 0001- 133 each, Delivery: 10 each per month starting 8 months after award of the contract. Early delivery is acceptable. (Note: The first article may be required if contractor has not manufactured this item in the last 36 months.) 9. Application: F100 Engine 10. Destination: Tinker AFB OK 11. Export Control: Yes: Data is export controlled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. 12. UID: If unit price is $5,000 or more then UID requirements will apply. 13. Additional Information: Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from one or only a limited number of source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Intended source is United Technologies Corporation and Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Division. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
