Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Iowa City, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority FAR 6.302-3 with the University of Iowa for the period of 7/1/2018 to 6/31/2019 for This will be a fixed price contract with University of Iowa, Department of Internal Medicine who will provide necessary labor to conduct work on the Iowa City VA Health Care System, HSR&D CREATE projects Building an Optimal Hand Hygiene Bundle: A Mixed Methods Approach for the Center for Comprehensive Access & Delivery Research and Evaluation (CADRE), Heather Reisinger, PhD, Principal Investigator; and Checklist to Prevent MRSA Surgical Site Infections, Eli Perencevich, MD, Principal Investigator.
