- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24618Q0373, will be issued on or about 25 April 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical, Richmond, VA has a requirement for hired car transportation service for patients. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide hired car transportation service 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week for the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. Requirement is expected to be for a base and 2 option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
