- Cable & Internet Services Cable Services This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 70VT1518Q00032 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) has a requirement for Business Internet and Television services for the new DHS-OIG Headquarters facility, located at 395 E. Street SW., Washington, DC 20024. DHS-OIG will require the vendor to install, test, and provide all required cable infrastructure to support Internet and Television services to be completed before June 1, 2018. The contract period of performance will be from June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019. The Government intends to award a competitive firm fixed price contract. The Offeror shall submit a quote for a base period of one year and (1) Option Year. Quote shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to Tamika Richardson at Tamika.Richardson@oig.dhs.gov by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), April 30, 2018. Reference RFQ number 70VT1518Q00032 when submitting your quote. This requirement is unrestricted. NAICS 515210
