Description
NIFC 300-Jack Wilson Headquarters Suite 161 Renovation The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho has a requirement for a construction project that involves renovation of an office suite which will include demolition of interior office walls, construction of one new office, interior finishes upgrades, HVAC upgrades, lighting upgrades, IT upgrades, access control for the suite, and building automation system (BAS) upgrades for the variable air volume boxes in the suite. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on FedConnect and FBO in early to mid-May 2018 for a single award that is a firm, fixed-priced contract. The construction work is anticipated to begin August 2018. The schedule is critical on this project with a completion date of 10/19/18. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to range between $100,000 and $250,000. Bids shall be due within 30 days from the solicitation posting date. The solicitation is expected to be restricted to small businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36.50 million.
