- Synopsis - FY18 West Texas Full Operations and Maintenance General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Greater Southwest Region intends to solicit proposals for Full Operations and Maintenance services at various locations in West Texas: 1. J.M. Jones Federal Building 205 East 5th Street, Amarillo, TX, 79101 2. G.H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse, 1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, TX, 79401 3. G. Mahon Post Office/Courthouse 100-200 East Wall, Midland, TX, 79701 4. G. Mahon Post Office/Courthouse Maintenance Garage 200 East Wall, Midland, TX, 79701 NOTE: THE FACILITY IS SECURED AND MUST BE CLEANED BY APPOINTMENT 5. O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse 33 East Twohig, San Angelo, TX, 76903 Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds maintenance. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompasses approximately 429,511.75 aggregate square feet in approximately 5 buildings (buildings range in size from 7,303.98 to 182,810.42. In accordance with FAR 19.14, this procurement shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 and the applicable size standard is $38,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation 47PH0218R0003 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about May 1, 2018, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Mahon Post Office/Courthouse 100-200 East Wall, Midland, TX Date: May 17, 2018 Time: 10:00 AM CST (Meet in the Lobby) 4. G. Mahon Post Office/Courthouse Maintenance Garage 200 East Wall, Midland, TX Date: May 17, 2018 Time: 10:00 AM CST NOTE: THE FACILITY IS SECURED AND MUST BE CLEANED BY APPOINTMENT 5. O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse 33 East Twohig, San Angelo, TX Date: May 18, 2018 Time: 8:00 AM CST (Meet in the Lobby) The procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 15 procedures. The period of performance is for a base of twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about November 1, 2018. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price for monthly payments for basic services. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. The solicitation will be available for download on or about May 3, 2018.
