Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation System (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), under solicitation number W58RGZ-18-Q-0011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). This requirement is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the country of Korea under letter of agreement KS-B-ZGM. The aviation maintenance stands are required to support maintenance of the CH-47, AH-64, and UH-60 from ground level to the top of the rotor system. Examples of containers used for Level A packing requirements include, but are not limited to, overseas type wood boxes, and plastic and metal reusable containers.
