- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a sole source requirement for Ophthalmology Services with the University of Maryland Eye Associates PA, located at 419 W Redwood St., Suite 420, Baltimore, MD 21201. The purpose of the award is to support the Medical Education Affiliation between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Institutions sponsoring Graduate Medical Education and their Affiliated School of Medicine. The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price for the period of one base year plus four option years NAICS code is 611310. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302.
