- Request for information spreadsheet Item Purchase Descriptions of the NSNs on this RFI This document contains the instructions for submitting documents as part of this request for information. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), (HAC), would like to offer you the opportunity to review 118 National Stock Numbers anticipated to be solicited in July, 2018. The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) can be found in the attached IPD Document. After reviewing the IPDs, we request that you please take a few moments to complete the Response Document concerning this procurement. To accurately complete the Response Document, please complete the fill-ins, relative to your company. Also, for any items you will be quoting, please fill out the response document spreadsheet. Your comments are important to us as they assist us throughout the acquisition process. You are encouraged to submit any concerns, discrepancies, or comments to help enhance the quality and effectiveness of this procurement. Responses received from this RFI will directly affect Small Business set-aside considerations.
