- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1670-013856722 Personnel Parachute Harness. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1670-013856722 Personnel Parachute Harness Estimated Annual Demand is 317 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 79 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 317 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 2365 each. This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Export Control and Shelf Life Restrictions apply. Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing (FAT), and Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply as well. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article, 35 days for the Testing and Evaluation, 181 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 35 days for Lot Testing and Evaluation, and 15 days for the Unit Requested Delivery. The total delivery is 571 days ARO. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
