- Attachment P5 Exhibit A - CDRLs Attachment P7 Attachment P6 Attachment P4 Attachment J5 Attachment J3 Attachment J1 Final RFP N0042118R0020 **THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS** The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), Patuxent River, MD is hereby releasing request for proposal (RFP) N00421-18-R-0020 for Engineering and Technical Services in support of AIR-4.6 Human Systems Department. This is a small business set-aside competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R425. This requirement will be awarded as a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Since this requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, only small businesses will be considered for award. Please refer to the attached files for additional details and proposal submission requirements. The requirement for these services is currently being performed under Task Order N00178-05-D-4527 M802 awarded to the Research and Engineering Development, Inc. The NAVAIR Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) website is http://foia.navair.navy.mil. The proposal submission deadline is no later than Wednesday, 23 May 2018 at 14:00 EST. Interested parties are to address questions regarding this RFP to Ms. Krista Hayden at krista.hayden@navy.mil and Ms. Lakeeta Young-Hill at lakeeta.young-hill@navy.mil. The Government intends to publicize any questions received by industry in response to this RFP, along with the Government's answers. If your response includes information that you consider proprietary, please mark the information in accordance with regulatory guidance. NOTE: There is no commitment by the Government to make an award or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above.
