- COMMISSARY LISTING BY STATE STATEMENT OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, transportation and services necessary to perform the removal/pickup/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by-products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat, fish, sausages, and used oil and kitchen grease from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Commissary location(s) identified in the solicitation and resulting contract. The contractor will also be required to remove/pickup/dispose all the above at the following locations: Arnold AFB, TN, Eglin AFB, FL, Fort Campbell, KY, Memphis NSA, TN, Meridian NAS, TN, New Orleans NSA, LA, Albany MCLB, GA, Fort Knox, KY, Fort Stewart, GA, Jacksonville NAS, FL, Kings Bay NSB, GA, Macdill AFB, FL, Mayport NS, FL, Robins AFB, GA, Hunter AAF, GA, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, McClellan AFB, CA, Camp Pendleton MCB, CA, Edwards AFB, CA, Fort Worth NAS, TX, Imperial Beach, CA, March ARB, CA, Miramar MCAS, CA, Offutt AFB, NE, Twenty-nine Palms MCA, CA, Barksdale AFB, CA, Fort Polk, LA, Buckley AFB, CO, Peterson AFB, CO, Fort Riley, KS, Fort Lewis, WA
