- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center plans to engage in a contract with a community provider(s) (Contractor) who will provide one (1) FTE Family Practice/Internal Medicine Services to Outpatient Veterans on site in accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Carl Vinson Veterans Health Care Services (CVVHCS). This locum tenens Family Practice Physician/Internal Medicine Physician will fill temporary staffing shortages and is categorized as Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services. Contractor shall furnish services at the CVHCS,1826 Veteran Blvd, Dublin, GA and affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) on an as-needed basis. CBOCs are located in Albany, GA, Tifton, GA, Milledgeville, GA, Macon, MA, Brunswick, GA, and Kathleen, GA. The anticipated contract will be for the period of Date of Award for one year. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Small Business concerns. This solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR Part 15 for the acquisition of commercial services and shall be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 621111. The Base Period of the contract will be date of award for one year with no Option Periods. Electronic solicitations will be available on or about 4/23/18 at the URL address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be available at the same URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
