- FMIS Operational Support REQUEST FOR OUTSOURCING OF U.S. SENATE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM OPERATIONAL SUPPPORT The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice (SSN) synopsis is to gain knowledge of qualified industry sources and/or candidates who possess practical knowledge and experience with operational support and maintenance of Financial Management Information System (FMIS) applications and platforms. The U.S. Senate seeks to establish one or more multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that will provide a range of support for operations and maintenance of specified FMIS applications and platforms.
