- Requirements Solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-97). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5. The Overseas Private Investment Corporation is seeking to purchase Conga Composer Licenses. All interested companies shall provide quotes for the following: (include any option periods if applicable) INSERT TABLE (S) IF APPLICABLE OR DESCRIPTION/PART#/QUANTITY Description QTY Period of Performance Conga Composer Business Edition 288 05/01/2018-04/30/2019 Enhanced Support for Conga Composer 1 05/01/2018-04/30/2019 Award shall be made to the vendor whose quotation, conforming to the combined synopsis/solicitation, is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
