Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply up to 75,000lbs yearly of Bumped Oats (food Grade) to the USDA Pocatello Supply Depot on an as needed basis, for a period not to exceed two years. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, and insurance. Pocatello Supply Depot personnel will be responsible for obtaining a freight estimate from the vendor prior to ordering. Vendor must accept government credit cards. Estimated quantity of 75,000lbs yearly - Bumped Oats bagged and stacked on Pallets. Packaging: 50lb multi-wall paper bags with polyethylene moisture barrier, 40 bags per pallet. If Pocatello Supply Depot runs out of stock they will be unable to fulfill their orders for baits to control nuisance rodent populations.
