RFQ Attachment_1_12639518Q0116 (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 using the format found at FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply up to 75,000lbs yearly of Bumped Oats (food Grade) to the USDA Pocatello Supply Depot on an as needed basis, for a period not to exceed two years. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, and insurance. Pocatello Supply Depot personnel will be responsible for obtaining a freight estimate from the vendor prior to ordering. Vendor must accept government credit cards. Estimated quantity of 75,000lbs yearly - Bumped Oats bagged and stacked on Pallets. Packaging: 50lb multi-wall paper bags with polyethylene moisture barrier, 40 bags per pallet. BPA Maximum Aggregate Dollar Limit: $150,000.00 BPA Call Limit: $25,000.00 Bumped Oates is a major component of the baits. If Pocatello Supply Depot runs out of stock they will be unable to fulfill their orders for baits to control nuisance rodent populations. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. (2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR Subpart 4.7, Contractor Records Retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
