- Performance Work Statement (Appendix A is not attached. Please contact CA for obtain it.) Solicitation FA520918Q0032 Notice to Offeror (Gate Pass request is not attached. Please contact CA to obtain the form. ) Business with US Government The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary provide hardware and software upgrades to the Distributed Control System (DCS) for the water supply plant, building (Bldg) No. 726, Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA). Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Appendix A is not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 3: Site visit will be conducted on 10 May 18 at 10:00 hours at SFHA. All offerors shall be at gate on 1000 hours. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT 2 May 18. (Japan local time)
