- Oconto Seed Orchard HVAC Upgrades Project Description: In-kind replacement of 4 air conditioning units for the Oconto Seed Orchard Growth Chambers. Project Location Oconto Seed Orchard, 18100 Saul's Spring Road, White Lake, WI 54491 Price Range: The Government's estimate is: between $25,000 and $100,000 All solicitation materials including a full statement of work and information to submit a quote will be posted to this site on or around 4/16. A site visit will be held. The tentative date is May 1 at 2 PM CT, but please check the solicitation materials to be certain of the date and time. In order to submit an offer, firms must have an active registration in www.sam.gov. Obtaining a DUNS and registering in SAM are free of charge. Registration can take several weeks to complete.
