- PRON: D18B0322D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a FIVE (5) YEAR IDIQ FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a minimum quantity of 25 each and a maximum quantity of 125 each of a AZ HYDR MOTOR AY, NSN: 1055-01-476-6496, Part Number: 13213557 applicable to the MLRS (MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET SYSTEM), M-EF. Production Lead Time IS 120 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Alton King, Contract Specialist at alton.king@dla.mil. Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both. It is not economical to buy the data or rights to the data. Therefore; this acquisition is RESTRICTED to : EATON AEROSPACE LLC, CAGE CODE:62893 AND LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 64059 Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
