Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. Higher Level Quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Destination I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
