- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV intends to award a purchase order to VBrick for online video in the cloud hosting to include, 10,000 on-line video access hours per year, anonymous and authenticated access to Live Webcasts, On-Demand video, and SIP recording functionality and adherence to FedRAMP authorization standards. The period of performance for the proposed contract is 04/19/2018 through 04/18/2019. The proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses with this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
