- Please attached DRO Wave 7 Solicitation Notification Good Evening, You are being invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) DRO Wave 7 Solicitation #150-79-18 for the following sites/regions: Greenville, SC (3 Regions) Flint, MI (2 Regions) Cedar Rapids, IA (2 Regions) Cape Girardeau, MO (1 Region) Baton Rouge, LA (2 Regions) Johnstown, PA (3 Regions) Quad Cities, IA (2 Regions) Rocky Mount, NC (2 Regions) Santa Clarita, CA (2 Regions) Shreveport, LA (3 Regions) The DRO Wave 7 solicitation is currently posted on Emptoris with a starting date of March 12, 2018 and closing date of April 9, 2018 by 4:00 a.m., Eastern Time. There will be one (1) pre-proposal conference held on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to address your questions. You must be registered in Emptoris to participate in this Dynamic Routing Solicitation (DRO) for surface transportation services. If you are registered, you will be sent an invite to participate in this event. This solicitation will be issued through the Postal Service's E-sourcing system, Emptoris, so any interested parties MUST register using the following URL: https://uspsprod.emptoris.com.
