- N68335-18-R-0107 including Amendment 0001 Question Received From Industry: Page seven (7) of the Solicitation asks for an additional price for an arc sector sting and internal balance, however the pricing summary has no provision for this. Could you advise us on how you wish us to show this additional cost please? Answer: This is an optional item for which the Government is seeking technical documentation and pricing. Please provide this information in your proposal. In addition, there are several other optional items that are stated within the Solicitation that the Government is seeking technical documentation and pricing information (maintenance agreement, recommended spare parts list, removable balance, etc...). Offerors are to propose based upon the requirements listed within the Solicitation so the Government can evaluate same during its technical evaluation phase. In addition, Offerors are free to propose an alternative Line Item structure that aligns with an Offerors proposal, again based upon the requirements listed within the Solicitation. Considering the above, and to allow all interested Offerors the opportunity to submit an adequate proposal, the proposal response date is changed to Monday, 12 MARCH 2018 @ 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. In addition, the Government respectfully requests that all questions pertaining to this announcement be submitted by no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 08 MARCH 2018.
