- Statement of Work Solicitation Frequency Charts Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation 70B03C18Q00000035 is ussued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control, Trash, and Snow removal service. The proposed acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The quote is due on March 09, 2018 at 1:00pm EST. Email submissions only. Submit all proposals to Contract Specialist Rosie Zaragoza-Santos, at the following email address: rosie.zaragoza@cbp.dhs.gov Subject line of the email should read 70B03C1BQ00000035-Eureka Custodial/grounds maintenance- USBP Emailed submissions must be in a separate attachments and clearly indicate what is being provided. Submissions must be received no later than the exact time specified in this soliciatation to be considered for award. Time of receipt will be determined by the government's email receipt time. It is the prospective Offeror's responsibility to ensure this is done according to the above restrictions. Proposals MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of RFQ. This solicitation requires registration within the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
