Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for On-Call General Surgery Physician Services provided for the Kansas City, MO VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Due to time constrains the Solicitation documents will be available March 7, 2018 and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153, FAR 15 and VA Directive 1663. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies. Questions from potential offerors are encouraged to resolve any ambiguities; inquiries shall be in writing only and addressed to Colleen Donahue-MacDonald at e-mail Colleen.Donahue-MacDonald@va.gov.
