- Solicitation THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to repair various critical structural safety concerns. The Keegan will be stripped of all paint, non-skid materials and will be cleaned using the below materials. This includes hardware and labor for sand blasting the gunnel, hull and adding new non-skid application on top of the gunnel. The pilot house exterior will also be included in this effort. The proposed work relates to components of essential need, safety, secure and efficient operations of the vessel Keegan. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 336611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
